Drawings

During the last 25 years of Ray’s life he focussed on pen and ink drawing, not exclusively but extensively. Included here are several of his notebooks from that time.

During this period he was writing poetry and journal entries also, some of them deep in the night when he couldn’t sleep.  He wrote, illustrated, and self-published the book, “The Wages of Age” with the help of his daughter, Mira Porter, in 1996.
